We have two, potentially three rooms available in a four-room, furnished house in Hadley.
It has 1.
5 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room with hardwood flooring, and a small fenced-in outdoor space.
Washer and drier included.
The bus stop sits directly in front of the house on Route 9, while the rail trail conveniently passes by in the backyard.
By car, 10 minutes to Amherst and 7 to Northampton; biking, 35 to Amherst and 15 to Northampton.
One-year leases starting in July.
The first month, last, and security are due at signing
Rent is $560.
00 for all rooms.
Room sizes are about 10’ x 11’ and 11’ x 13’ with a
potential large room availability of 10’ x 20,’ but this room is most likely taken.
Utilities are not included.
Gas, electricity, wifi, and shared house supplies cost an average of 85.

The house is 420 friendly, unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Landlord takes care of trash, plowing, and maintenance.
What We Are Looking For:
We're seeking individuals in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties, preferably grad students or young professionals, anyone who is neurodivergent, artsy, musician-oriented, creative, and free-spirited would be a great fit.
We hope to find open-minded, left-leaning individuals who are self-aware, mature, clean, and can communicate their needs.
We do not tolerate hate of any sort.
We want to work towards a place where everyone feels comfortable in the space rather than individuals isolated in their own spaces.
To achieve this, we see it important to regularly check in with each other at least once a month to discuss housing needs.
This is not a party house, but don't mind an occasional kickback, and we would like to make the house a calm and relaxing space.
We would like to maintain a clean house through regular chores, with each of us committing to a weekly task.

I will graduate from Umass Amherst with an MFA in studio art in May and work in the area to plan for what comes next.
I consider myself to be kind, mindful, and goofy with a wide variety of interests including psychology, philosophy, art, music, pedagogy, mindfulness, and nature.
Professionally, I’ve worked as a college instructor, sculptor, and fabricator.
In my free time, I enjoy making things, writing, playing instruments, being outside, and hiking.
