Director of Business Development--Hospice

```Duties``` - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals - Lead the sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets - Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in the Home Health/Hospice industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies - Experience in warm calling and generating leads through various channels - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
