Red Bull Specialists are responsible for all outlets of Red Bull sales, including increasing brand awareness, improving positioning, establishing new accounts, and marketing.
Develop image building strategies through relationship development and innovation.

Duties: Responsible for obtaining new and incremental product placements.
Build strong relationships within accounts across all channels and explore methods to increase visibility and profitability.
Grow strong retail presence in accounts by executing all strategies, incentives, and national promotions; deliver product, maintain and update the point of sale (POS) materials in the market, and ensure that all displays, coolers, etc.
, are properly priced and clean.
Maintain tracking and reporting as required by Red Bull North America (RBNA), and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accuracy.
Responsible for developing the non-traditional account base by calling on new accounts, identifying opportunities in existing accounts, etc.
Perform account surveys as needed across all market channels and monitor competitive activity in accounts.
Inform management of all activities involving space allocation changes, equipment placements/removals, new items, etc.
, and act in accounts against competitive activity.
Coordinate with the sales team to assist with any reset that will involve Red Bull space.
Monitor inventory of POS and equipment and ensure that equipment agreements are completed and properly filed.
Communicate all promotional activity to the sales team on a regular basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: Associates degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year of relevant sales or marketing experience.
Experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and secure and maintain auto-liability insurance by state laws.
Ability to articulate distinct brand and product attributes and competitive position.
Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills with retailers and community partners.
Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen that includes THC.
The following list of physical requirements are required to perform the entire job: frequent bending, stooping, standing, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and sitting; fine finger and hand manipulation; speaking clearly; hearing so as to be able to maintain conversation; seeing so as to be able to read and to drive a vehicle; and lifting, moving and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to work in varying temperatures as assignments may involve working in a cooler.
