*Job Description:*
We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our team.
As a key member of our design department, you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative design concepts.
From concept development to project execution, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of diverse spaces.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct client consultations to determine project goals, budget, and timeline.
* Develop concept designs, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate design intent.
* Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software.
* Source and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with client preferences and project requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Oversee project installation and provide on-site support as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
* Proven experience in commercial and residential interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Chief Architect & 2020
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for design innovation and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
*Additional Desired Skills:*
* Ability to program and visualize abstract concepts.
* Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
* Experience in managing project budgets and timelines.

* NCIDQ certification or commitment to pursuing certification.
