Sales Operations Associate

*Sales, Marketing & Operations Associate* We are looking for the right team player to integrate into our operations and sales team.
This will be a very fast paced role with involvement in every aspect of the business.
Presently, we are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial drive - someone who knows _“how to get things done”_ is critical.
Willingness to come in early and stay late is important.
We are actively building many new programs and product offerings, so critical thinking, organization, adaptability and quick thinking is paramount.
The wide variety of duties by function will include: *Sales*: * Proactive customer outreach in a sales environment to inquire about past service, and offer future service or products.
* Upselling new products or services.
* Customer calls to schedule appointments like pick up or delivery.
* Management of customer email promotion lists by category (home delivery, e-commerce, beef processing, etc.
) *Marketing:* * Social media marketing - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
* SEO management for website optimization.
* Experience in this category is important and will be prioritized.
* Mailchimp promotions, customer data collection by category, etc.
*Operations*: * Data and order entry.
* Order fulfillment duties include pallet scanning, wrapping, and verification of order accuracy prior to release or shipment.
* Management of a wide variety of customer product details, like custom labeling & packaging solutions (for hundreds of clients) etc.
* Management of inventory systems and accurate inventory spreadsheets.
*Logistics*: * Vendor and schedule management for truck routes and production schedules.
* Delivery route management.
* Familiarity with google maps, tracking software and sound process management regarding trucks & delivery schedules.

We started our company 10 years ago, and have become the largest BEEF company in the mid-Atlantic region.
We are a cattle processor, and wholesaler and distributor.

A willingness to work and learn will allow us to teach you the operations related duties.
Alternatively, if you have a strong operations background, but have interest in getting hands on marketing and sales experience, you may also be considered.

This role will require one to adapt to changes, and learn quickly.

* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.
00 - $40,000.
