Position Overview Wonderstate Coffee is seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our Communications Manager to execute strategic marketing initiatives, with a special emphasis on managing our presence on social media platforms and coordinating various events.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing social media channels, particularly Instagram and Facebook, to maximize our brand's reach and engagement.
Additionally, this position requires some design experience and excellent organizational skills.

As part of Wonderstate Coffee, you will play a key role in enriching the vibrant culture that makes our brand unique.
Core Responsibilities Manage social media channels, particularly Facebook and Instagram, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Engage with our online community by promptly responding to comments and messages and actively interacting with our followers.
Efficiently manage and execute our content calendar, ensuring timely publication of social media posts.
Work in close partnership with the Communications Manager to ensure that our social media initiatives are in sync with broader marketing and communication strategies.
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to plan and execute various events, including industry, sales, and community gatherings.
Assist in crafting engaging content for both social media and print, collaborating effectively with the marketing team.
Handle design tasks as assigned by the Creative Manager, covering a range of print and digital elements.
Regularly provide valuable feedback to the Marketing Department, highlighting trends and suggesting areas for improvement.
Utilize analytical tools to measure and report on social media performance and campaigns.
Engage in respectful feedback exchanges, express gratitude, and actively contribute to maintaining a positive team environment.
Exemplify and embody the core values of Wonderstate in all interactions and tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Requirements and Desired Skills Education in communications, marketing or other relevant combination of skills and experience.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in Illustrator or similar (full Adobe CC suite experience a plus).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide valuable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Great organizational skills, attention to detail and to work with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to problem solve and be flexible.
Passion for ethically sourced, organic, specialty coffee and food, and for supporting farmer cooperatives.
