Position Description: Initially as an individual contributor with intent to lead a team of Key account managers and sell into key accounts established and new.
Generate product sales in the North America data center market.
Lead commercial aspects of customer retention strategies, in order to maximize sales growth and optimize profits to the group.
Key Responsibilities: Lead sales strategy planning that is consistent with the overall goals of the company.
Lead the development of annual and long term sales plans in line with overall business objectives.
Drive effective use of a suitable Customer Relationship Management solution.
Develop and effectively manage the Sales team to enable the delivery of annual sales targets as per the plan.
Develop and communicate Sales targets derived from the annual business plan.
Review and advise on company pricing policy and structure based upon market conditions and indicators whilst remaining focused on revenue and profit generation.
Manage to acceptable standards and margins all customer contracts and pricing through the implementation of acceptable discount and support controls.
Monitor and plan for the improvement in all Quality aspects related to the role.
Contribute positively to the Product Development Roadmap to ensure the company is designing product suitable for future growth in all identified markets.
Produce periodic reports showing sales performance by individual, customer, market or region, as well as overall business status.
Ensure department adheres to all Company/Legal H&S, Environmental and Ethical requirements.
Effectively manage all employees within the department and carry out personal development reviews (PDP’s) or disciplinary interviews (as appropriate) in accordance with Company policies.
Any other work as required that is reasonable and within the general scope of the position.
Utilize sizing software and work closely with existing team members to prepare quotes for customers Required Qualifications: Demonstrate ability to drive profitable sales of products through multiple channels.
Demonstrate an ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
Demonstrate success in developing key accounts both in terms of commercial growth and profitability.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding in contractual negotiating.
Minimum 7 years at senior business level, demonstrably being customer focused.
A background in the HVAC sales market.
Dealing with and responding to technical sales requirements Support sales team members technical requests / projects Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree Estimated Base Salary Range - $91,998 - $114,997 The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and location.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
