Apply today!Compensation: $50,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Qualifications: Currently licensed in real estate Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself About Company The Acree Brothers Realty Team is the Top 1% Real Estate team in Virginia and was awarded Triple Platinum and Top-Producing Team 2022.
