We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.
This role offers a comprehensive 3-month paid training program, preparing you for success in either inside or outside sales.
With potential earnings of 70 to 250k+, this position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Acquire hands-on experience with our products and services during the first month of training
Engage and educate customers about our processes, instilling confidence
Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
Communicate move details to the Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing consistent follow-up
Develop a personal book of business to generate referrals
Set clear expectations for customers and maximize the sale of additional services
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Qualifications
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice, and diction
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Attention to detail
Understanding of effective selling and closing strategies and techniques
Comfortable initiating customer contact and asking for their business and referrals
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
