Are you a passionate, goal-driven professional with at least two years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia? If so, we invite you to consider joining our team as a Part-time Instructor to teach various components of our Massage Therapy Program.
*Your Mission as an Educator at Sylvain Melloul:*
Your mission is to provide students with a motivating and inspiring learning experience throughout their journey at SMIHA.
This commitment should result in high graduation, licensure, and placement rates, setting our students on a path to success in the beauty and wellness industry.
*Your Responsibilities as an Educator at SMIHA:*
* Responsively address student needs, making their learning experience a top priority.
* Thoughtfully manage daily lesson plans to deliver the best possible education and value to our students.
* Create engaging educational experiences that foster positive learning outcomes.
* Prepare and deliver classroom instruction using various effective teaching methods.
* Provide guidance and support to students to ensure they complete the program on time, assisting with attendance, personal development, professional growth, program retention, and addressing unique educational challenges.
* Serve as a role model, demonstrating leadership qualities, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and presentations.
* Exhibit a strong foundation in therapeutic massage techniques.
* Multitask effectively and maintain classroom composure.
* Uphold ethical standards, punctuality, and teamwork.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist.
* Proficiency in therapeutic massage and related techniques.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service and presentation abilities.
* Leadership qualities and the capacity to serve as a role model.
* Quick learner with a solid massage therapy skill set.
* Attention to detail and effective multitasking skills.
* Authorized to work full-time in the United States for any employer.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.

Expected hours: 26 per week
