Heavy Equipment/Forestry Mechanic

```Duties``` - Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including but not limited to: excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and skid steers - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance - Complete daily equipment inspection reports - Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals - Adhere to project timelines and deadlines ```Qualifications``` -pay based on experience - Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment - Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of dealership procedures and practices - Familiarity with tire service and repair - Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues - Ability to maintain accurate records and transmit information effectively - Basic understanding of electrical and HVAC systems is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
