Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to play a pivotal role in managing our documentation system and facilitating seamless communication regarding changes in documents.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for photo-taking and editing, guiding prototype products through the production floor.

Key Responsibilities: *Document Management: * * Establish and maintain an organized and efficient document control system.
* Oversee the storage, retrieval, and archiving of documents in adherence to organizational standards.
*Document Change Management: * * Facilitate the implementation of changes in documents by coordinating communication between revisions.
* Ensure that updated documents are accurately reflected, and changes are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
*New Documentation Management: * * Work with Technical Documentation Specialist on the development and management of new documentation for novel assemblies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document information related to new products as needed.
*Photo Taking and Editing: * * Capture high-quality photographs of products, prototypes, and assemblies for documentation purposes.
* Edit and enhance images as needed to ensure clarity and visual appeal.
*Additional Duties: * * Collaborate with the Production Manager to guide prototype products through the production floor.
Qualifications & Key Requirements: *Attention to Detail - Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for this role to ensure accuracy and * completeness of all documents and communications.
*Positive Attitude - A positive and collaborative attitude to foster effective teamwork and communication * across departments.
*Organizational Skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * simultaneously.
*Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with * team members and stakeholders.
*Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
* *Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with document management systems and proficiency in relevant * software applications (e.

, Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
*Problem-Solving - Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues and find solutions * efficiently.
Previous experience in document control or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with industry-specific document control standards and regulations is a plus.
Enrollment in an AAS program or having an AAS degree preferred.
