Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of construction crews
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera, and other construction management software
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Knowledge of contract administration and project scheduling

Must have a valid driver's license , Heavy Equipment Operator Knowledge, Ability to Bid Jobs, Land Clearing Knowledge Mandatory, drain fields Knowledge helpful, CDL would be helpful but not mandatory.
Candidate can be within the Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Richmond or Roanoke area.
