Job Description: BAS Technician performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of building automation and HVAC control systems.
Job Duties:
Install/Program/Commission building automation systems.
Effectively communicate the status and operation of the building automation system to the team.
Work both in a team environment or on their own with minimal supervision.
Must have a desire to learn, succeed, set goals, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Capable of performing other duties as required.
Qualifications:
A strong background and knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and electronics.
Good communication skills and strong computer skills.
Valid driver s license and can pass the background requirements.
The ideal candidate will have building automation programming experience.

Wages range from $16 - $37 an hour, depending on experience and education

Ability to troubleshoot issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely, and effective solutions and procedures.
Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
Experience in providing quality, professional customer-related services.
Ability to work and communicate effectively individually and in a team environment.
