Looking to trade photography at one of 5 vacation rental properties (Lexington, VA)

Need indoor and outdoor really too of all 5 and pictures of lots of many places in Rockbridge someone might just have and would like to share but then the trade for pro camera tripod some experience at least or really work with us with diff angles and you need to have lighting as that is importnat.
I have work light but that is too bright I need yellow light like an old school work light.
