Wanted farm house fixer upper for rent with option to purchase

I'd like to rent fixer farm house for a year at least with a option to buy.
I work at home taking care of my girlfriend that is paralyzed and have been for 9 years now If you have a place that's needs some work I will do repairs and fix it up till purchased.
I will not give out personal information out over the phone that could be stolen and hurt my credit.
