We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Greet guests in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, verify and update information in the computer system, accurately and promptly
- Assist guests in navigation to their rooms-including luggage assistance
- Book, edit, and make changes to guest reservations
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and text messaging promptly and accurately
- Provide necessary information in an expedient manner while providing excellent customer service, compassion, and kindness
- Demonstrate efficient navigation of the hotel, restaurants and other areas of the property
- Must possess the ability to multi-task and cross train on other areas of the hotel- as knowledge across all areas is important for excellent performance.
- Must adhere to schedule
- Maintain security procedures for money, credit card and identification handling
- Maintain adequate inventory of necessary forms and supplies
-Keep the lobby neat and work area organized
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, including up and down stairs and hills in the area of down town where the property is located
- Must be able to lift heavy luggage
- Must maintain a healthy team working environment where each representative does their equal share of work and can help other team members when needed.
