The Residence Inn by Marriott in Lynchburg, VA is accepting applications for Part- Time Guest Services Representative.
Must be able to work weekends and be flexible.
Applicants must have a great personality, effective conflict resolution skills, excellent communication and team work ability, able to multi-task and provide the best customer service to our guest's.
Job Description:
- Greet guests at all times
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
- Operate hotel standards, take calls and provide information and transfer calls- Provide guests with best service
- Strong team work, willing to help other departments and colleagues
- Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person
- Answer queries regarding the hotel's services, charges, attractions and travel directions
- Provide guests with directions around the hotel
- Print reports, statements and ensure projects are accomplish in a timely matter
- Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported
- Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift.
