Customer Service Representative

```Duties``` - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system - Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience ```Qualifications``` - Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication) - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Sales experience or knowledge of outbound calling is a plus - Multilingual skills are highly desirable We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
