The FBO Desk Customer Service Representative serves as a direct liaison between the customer and Freedom Aviation.
Greets all inbound and outbound aircraft passengers and crewmembers and assists with any needs presented.
Accounting support for fuel inventory including reports and processes.
Responsible for the overall organization, cleanliness, upkeep and operations of the Front Desk and FBO lobby.
The FBO Desk customer service representative has significant interactions with customers, vendors, employees, and managers of other departments, and as such is responsible to other departments as appropriate.
The hours for this position are 6 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday.
*Essential Functions*
· Communicates with the line department by radio and in written form to coordinate priorities
· Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly
· Receives the public and answers questions, in person, by e-mail, and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department
· Responsible for customer service transactions related to front desk operations, including base and transient aircraft, pilots, passengers and other customers
· Maintains the FBO calendar, posting all upcoming activities and relevant details to calendar and making reservations- such as car rental and hotel- for customers as needed
· Maintains fuel sheets and fuel accounting true up, updates fuel pricing on social media
· Schedules, dispatches, and invoices CPC flights according to established procedures
· Responsible for data entry and accounting of products and services
* Cashiering sales using software and credit card machines
· Provides administrative and other support to other departments as needed
*Additional Duties*
· Coordinates courtesy vehicles; maintains fuel, inspection, schedules maintenance and cleaning
· Reports any issues to Director
· Refreshments in FBO - ice, coffee, water and general information
· Maintain appearance, organization and cleanliness of the front desk and lobby areas, as well as vending and conference room areas.

· Ability to operate a multi-line phone system

· The incumbent may need to carry items out to aircraft and up aircraft stairs or may be needed to assist with baggage handling.
