We are Vanguard Therapy, a family-owned mental health practice that is looking to expand and bring on board clinicians who will enjoy working in a family-oriented private practice that has a warm atmosphere.
As we continue to grow our practice, we are looking for licensed mental health professionals in the state of Virginia to join our team/family.

We are located in Fairfax, VA, and are seeking to hire part-time non-licensed mental health professionals.
*The position is Monday through Friday from 4:30PM-9:00PM.
(Therapist will see 5 patients an evening but we can work with clinician's schedule)*
*\*\*\* There is a mandatory unpaid group supervision meeting on Mondays & Tuesdays from 9:00PM-9:30PM.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with mental health disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Utilize behavior management techniques to assist clients in developing coping skills
- Assist clients in navigating social systems and accessing community resources
- Provide direct support and assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
