Hampden-Sydney College has an immediate opening for a Campus Visit Coordinator.
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Operations, serve as the first point of contact by phone and in person to prospective students, parents, and other visitors to the Office of Admission.
Arrange visits and appointments of prospective students and parents, coordinating these visits with other departments, offices, and current students at the College.
Provide administrative assistance to the Enrollment Operations at the discretion of the Director of Enrollment Operations.
Qualifications: High School diploma or general education (GED) required.
Strong computer skills and office experience preferred.
Must have strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and tact, and expert level written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Must demonstrate emotional maturity, teamwork, as well as proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.
