My Guys Moving is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant for the Richmond location.
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for upholding various duties needed to keep My Guys Moving organized and efficient with the day-to-day.
The Administration Assistant will report directly to the General Manager of Richmond and will oversee regular daily tasks along with handling projects.
This is an hourly position with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
Expect most weeks at 40 hours, a few hours of overtime may be needed at some point
Clock in & out will be required through a My Guys Moving provided timekeeping platform
Full healthcare & PTO benefits are available
Compensation:
$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Answer phones and coordinate moves within the operations system
Assist the General manager in scheduling and dispatching crews
Assisting the General Manager with any administrative tasks
Be the liaison between the My Guys Lynchburg location and My Guys Headquarters (located in Sterling)
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
