Job Description
Central Virginia Community College is located in Lynchburg, Virginia, in view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
CVCC is a comprehensive two-year institution of higher education with an enrollment of approximately 5,000 students in occupational/technical programs and university-parallel/college transfer programs.
Clinical Instructor for the CVCC Radiologic Technology program
Supervise, instruct, and evaluate students at Centra Clinical Facilities
Must attend all called program meetings
Special Assignments
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's/Required Qualifications
ARRT registered as an RT®
Have a current Virginia License to practice as a radiologic technologist
Have associates degree or certificate from an accredited radiography program
Have been employed full time as a diagnostic radiographer for a minimum of two years with gap of no more than 3 years since last working in diagnostic imaging
