POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for recruiting, teaching, and coaching student athletes in the sport of softball.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Instructs players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of softball.
Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises.
Assesses player’s skills.
Monitors players during competition and practice.
Determines game strategy.
Supervises athletes during practices and competition.
