is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Program Manager to join our dynamic, high performing legal team! The Ethics and Compliance Program Manager is a leadership position within the Ethics & Compliance Department driving the design, development, and implementation of the compliance program.
The Ethics and Compliance Program Manager will support the Director of Ethics and Compliance in execution and monitoring of certain compliance processes and procedures.
This position can be located at any U.
S.
BWXT facility and will work a hybrid schedule with regular travel.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Develop and deliver training and awareness activities for key stakeholders and external third parties.
Manage and escalate potentially sensitive compliance or ethical concerns/issues, as needed.
Develop and implement process and technology improvements to create efficiencies.
Support ad hoc requests of data analytics for leadership.
Conduct and assist internal investigations as needed.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the global Ethics & Compliance Program under the direction of the Director of Ethics and Compliance.
Manage the web-based ethics & compliance training program, including: Setting up education training campaigns.
Loading data and ensuring its integrity.
Running reports to track training completion.
Provide technical support for training employees.
Consult with IT to ensure IT environment is prepared for on-going online training rollouts.
Train local administrators to support local users and training deployments.
Monitor the company’s internal reporting channels (e.
g.
, hotline, Ethics Office email inbox, etc.
) and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure all inquiries and reports are assigned and reviewed appropriately.
Manage case files and assist in drafting management reports.
Maintain the internal SharePoint site content and the external Ethics & Compliance website.
Assist in the design and implementation of forward-looking ethics and compliance initiatives including risk assessment processes and provide informed advice on company policies in a timely manner.
Assist in monitoring legal and regulatory trends to ensure awareness of potential impact to ethics and compliance initiatives.
Responsible for vendor management for external service providers to the Ethics & Compliance program.
Coordinate and prepare Ethics & Compliance reporting, including Compliance Committee reports, audit updates and stakeholder meetings.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent experience or training in compliance, risk management, legal, finance, HR, training, or related field.

S.
citizen with no dual citizenship.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance, if required.
Additional Requirements: Communicate in a highly effective and professional manner (verbal and written), interpreting complex information and thoughtfully expressing their viewpoint, analysis, or conclusions.

The base salary range for this position in Virginia (US-VA) at the start of employment is expected to be between $62,000 and $97,000 per year.
However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
