Summary The Business Systems Analyst Upgrade Specialist will report directly to the Lead of the Business Systems Analyst group.
This person will be responsible for managing, testing, and implementing Infor M3 (CTOS’s core business ERP) quarterly upgrades, as well as managing any incidents with Infor and the associated fixes.
To further enable Custom Truck One Sources growth, the Business Systems Analyst Upgrade Specialist will partner with sales, operations, back office, and IT teams to identify and implement high-value upgrades that move these teams forward.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, testing, and implementing the quarterly enhancements and releases for Infor M3 multi-tenant.
Parting with business stakeholders in Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Production, and manufacturing to review product enhancements and prioritize releases.
Has in-depth knowledge of current functionality, issues, and new configurations.
Able to lead the team and make quick decisions on process alignment and level of completeness.
Manage and create nearly all Infor incidents for the team.
Leads the build-out of the Knowledge Base for functional and technical M3 issues.
Gather intelligence from business owners regarding needs and future growth.
Ability to take business requirements and develop best practice process design solutions.
Partner with business process owners, application directors, and developers to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
Ability to write business process workflows, design documents, and test scripts.
Identify, design, document, and implement process improvements for business functions.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Develop high-quality functional, technical, and end-user training documentation.
Develop help desk knowledge base articles to support business processes and applications.
Work directly with IT teams to resolve technical issues.
Provide timely status reports for current and future upgrades.
Working collaboratively with internal technical and project teams.
Ability to work as part of an Agile and highly collaborative project team.
Liaise with the IT Project Management Organization for prioritization of requests.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with multi-site operational and technical teams.
Good information technology acumen that is easily translated and communicated to business users.
General understanding of technology as it relates to user interfaces, workflows, cloud, data warehouse, reporting, and analytical tools.
Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Analytical Skills Preferred Skills and Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or university preferred.

Working Conditions The employee must be willing to work as part of a hybrid in the office and remote schedule.
Work between an office and plant environment with Exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise.
Ability to travel up to 10% including overnight stays.
Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, and walking.
Attendance - The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday, plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
