*Job Functions and Responsibilities*
* Able to sit on the floor, bend, and lift 30lbs.
* Comfortable working with children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old.
* Participate as a member of a team.
* Maintain confidentiality regarding children, their families, and staff.
* Prepare and implement lesson plans following age-appropriate curriculum.
* Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development such as games, arts and crafts, music and storytelling.
* Integrate Biblical principles.
* Actively supervise children ensuring supervision at all times.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom.
* Exhibit a positive attitude toward new ideas and teaching techniques.
* Communicate program concerns with Preschool Director and Headmaster
