Child Care Assistant - Floater / Substitute

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Offer age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development - Follow structured daily routine that includes playtime, meals, naptime, and educational activities - Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a positive atmosphere - Maintain open and effective communication with parents - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area Requirements: - Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting - Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development principles - Strong caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Familiarity with classroom management techniques We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
