Resaw/Bandsaw Operator

Responsibilities: - Fabricate and saw various products according to specifications - Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products - Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment - Operate sewing machines and perform screen printing as needed - Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards - Package finished products for shipment or distribution - Handle materials and supplies in a safe and efficient manner Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required - Proficient in fabricating and sewing techniques - Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is beneficial - Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting - Ability to operate sewing machines and perform screen printing tasks - Attention to detail for quality inspection purposes - Strong organizational skills for packaging and materials handling Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
